The Midlife Pivot
I reinvented myself in midlife, so I know what it actually takes to change - and what it feels like when life blows up your carefully constructed world. Divorce. Empty nest. Caring for aging parents. Career nosedive. Health scare. Or just waking up one day and realizing you don't recognize the woman in the mirror anymore. Most women hit this point and think, "Well, this is it. Downhill from here." I call BS.
I'm not your typical coach or designer. I trained as a hypnotherapist under Paul McKenna, studied shamanism with Michael Harner and the Foundation for Shamanic Studies, and I'm backed by Mindvalley. I also learned AI-powered branding and creative design from Jenna Soard, former Senior Graphic Designer at Nike. I blend these practices to help you become the woman with the brand you've been waiting for.
Here's what makes this work different: I hold both the personal and business sides of your identity shift. The inner identity shift AND the outer expression of your brand, your visuals, the way you show up in the world. Most coaches or designers do one or the other.
